Operations & Supply Chain Consulting
End to End Logic is a boutique operations and supply chain consultancy. We bring two decades of COO-level leadership across global retail, e-commerce, and FMCG, as a fractional executive at your table or a partner on a defined project, and turn it into measurable commercial outcomes: lower cost, stronger service, and a business that scales.
Experience across
What we do
We work end to end, from strategy, organisation design, and the P&L through to supply chain, technology, data, and the customer experience, then stay accountable to the numbers it moves. Engagements are scoped to your stage, from a focused diagnostic to embedded leadership through a multi-year transformation.
Embedded operational leadership on an interim or part-time basis. We run the operation, or stand in at the executive table, until the capability is built in-house.
Business and operations strategy, target operating models, and the S&OP and operating cadence that turn a plan into a running rhythm.
Cost-out programs, margin improvement, and end-to-end process redesign, with the reporting that keeps the gains in place.
Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement, plus program and change management that embeds new ways of working so transformation sticks.
Network and DC design, 3PL tendering, freight optimisation, and automation business cases across domestic and international operations.
Sourcing strategy, supplier diversification across APAC, and ESG and trade compliance including SEDEX and GOTS.
ERP, WMS, and PLM selection and implementation, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Shopify Plus, and the roadmap to run them.
The right data gathered and benchmarked, then turned into dashboards and KPI frameworks that support real-time decision-making.
Org structure and org-chart build-outs, position descriptions, C-suite build-outs, and offshore Centres of Excellence that scale capability.
P&L build-outs, financial modelling, and budgeting, plus cash-flow and working-capital management and buying-cycle planning that keep inventory and cash in balance.
The operational side of customer experience, delivery promise, fulfilment speed, returns, and service, measured and lifted so operations build loyalty.
New-market setup, e-commerce operations, and international expansion, from first shipment to a scaled operating footprint.
The results
A consultancy is only as good as the outcomes it leaves behind. The results below come from senior operating roles across global retail, e-commerce, and FMCG. Client specifics are held in confidence.
How we work
No slideware for its own sake. A clear method that moves from the real numbers to a working operation.
We map where cost, service, and risk actually live, across supply chain, technology, and team, so the plan is built on evidence rather than assumption.
Network, technology roadmap, sourcing, and org structure are designed to match the strategy, sequenced so the business can absorb the change.
We lead delivery to commercial results, margin, service, and cash, with the reporting cadence that keeps the gains in place after we hand over.
